Innoesis has been founded by Kiran Ajwani. Kiran has over 16 years of work experience which includes five years of sales experience in the telecom industry with Philips & Iridium, six years of business management experience in healthcare sector with Johnson & Johnson and five years as a first-generation entrepreneur.

At Johnson & Johnson, Kiran became one of the youngest executives to be given independent charge of a business division (Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics). He successfully led the turnaround of the division in India during the period 2001- 2004 and as a result was appointed Business Leader - India & Korea in 2004. He was a member of the Asia-Pacific Leadership team which was responsible for developing J&J's strategy for the diagnostics business in the region. He also handled the additional responsibility of executing J & J India's Contributions Program from January 2003 to June 2004.

Kiran has received formal training in Executive Coaching at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad in August 2006. The faculty for this training was none other than Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, one of the world's most successful executive coaches.

Kiran's academic qualifications include a B.E.(Electronics) from Mumbai University and an MBA (Marketing) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
